CHEMICAL SCALE REMOVAL SYSTEMS CONSISTING OF ANTI-ACID VERTICAL PUMPS, TANKS IN VARIOUS VOLUMES AND COLLECTION FILTERS. THEY WORK BY FLUSHING CLEANING LIQUIDS. WITH NO METAL PARTS IN CONTACT WITH THE FLUIDS, THEY ARE CORROSION-FREE.
- Maximum flow rate of 40 m³/h and maximum head of 25 m w.c.
- Suitable for coupling to different tanks with capacities of 60/108/230/315 litres.
- Standard three-phase electric motors: in power ratings of 0.25, 2 and 3 kW.
- Internal pump construction materials: PP, PVC, PVDF.
- For rapid descaling of medium to large systems.
- No metal parts in direct contact with the fluids being pumped.
- Inside: AS20, AS30, AS40 and AS50 vertical chemical pumps.
- Compatible with the most common chemical detergents and descaling liquids.
HOW THEY WORK
Over time, various types of scale can be easily formed inside civil and industrial plants. All PFT series chemical descaling systems, regardless of their size, have the precise function of eliminating these impurities: the deposits are chemically dissolved by flushing appropriate acid solutions, bringing the operation of the systems back to normal levels. Obviously, having no metal parts in contact with the chemical liquids being pumped, PFT units guarantee excellent resistance to chemical aggression.

THE CHEMICAL PUMPS INSTALLED
The AS chemical pumps installed in Savino Barbera industrial descalers are obviously always compatible with the chemical nature of the descaling liquids. But the pumps are also suitable for pumping fluids containing any impurities occasionally dissolved by the descaling process: the wide internal passages and the particular conical shape of their impellers allow the easy passage of any solids released during chemical washing. Moreover, the sizes of AS plastic pumps are always chosen in relation to the required performance and flushing needs.

CHEMICAL WASHING
PFT medium/large descaling pumps are designed to remove scale, sediment and obstructions of various kinds (metal oxides, rust, sludge, algae, limescale, etc.) that may be deposited in medium-sized or large industrial systems (heat exchangers, refrigeration systems, air conditioning systems, boilers, evaporators, cooling circuits, presses, moulding machines, etc.). These residues accumulate gradually, blocking the passages and affecting the performance of machinery, both in terms of heat exchange and flow rate.
