VERTICAL CHEMICAL PUMPS
CORROSION-RESISTANT VERTICAL PUMPS
Vertical centrifugal pumps made of corrosion-resistant plastic (PP, PVC, PVDF). Construction in customised lengths makes them perfect for any depth while their plastic-coated pump shaft, built in one piece without intermediate supports, withstands all chemical attack. The use of vertical-axis pumps eliminates the need for openings in the bottom of the tank and allows the pumping of acids in absolute safety.
AS SERIES: CUSTOM-MADE
AS Series vertical pumps. Without standard lengths, they can be adapted to suit any tank with a maximum depth of 3 metres. Equipped only with a pair of bushings flushed by the liquid being pumped. Max flow rate: 90 m³/h. Max head: 55 m w.c. Plastic construction materials: PP, PVC, PVDF.
GP SERIES: HIGH FLOW RATES
GP Series vertical pumps. Machined from a solid block of polypropylene, these are very robust chemical pumps ideal for heavy-duty and continuous operations. Maximum length: 3000 mm. Max flow rate: 200 m³/h. Max head: 42 m w.c. Plastic construction materials: PP.
BS SERIES: WITH NO BUSHINGS
BS Series vertical pumps. Cantilever pumps with no sliding parts. For pumping abrasive corrosive liquids or those with a tendency to form scale. Made in standard lengths: 400, 550, 700, 90 mm. Max flow rate: 55 m³/h. Max head: 30 m w.c. Plastic construction materials: PP, PVC, PVDF
GA SERIES: FOR DIRTY LIQUIDS
GA Series vertical pumps. With anti-clogging impellers and large internal spaces, they can pump even very dirty corrosive fluids (containing filaments, solids or other impurities). Available with and without bushings. Max flow rate: 32 m³/h. Max. head: 20 m w.c. Construction materials: PP, PVC, PVDF.

NO INTERMEDIATE SUPPORTS
Everything in our vertical pumps is designed to be simply functional and chemically resistant. We have eliminated every intermediate support between the motor and the impeller: the only guide element consists of a pair of wear bushings, with direct flushing and no need for lubrication, positioned at the end of the pump shaft (with the exception of cantilever models which have no bushings). This standard configuration (without intermediate bearings) extends the pump’s life-span and simplifies pump maintenance. Bushing materials: filled-PTFE, Sintered ceramic and Silicon carbide.
THERMOPLASTIC MATERIALS
PP (POLYPROPYLENE)
The most widely used thermoplastic polymer for the construction of anti-acid centrifugal pumps. It offers good resistance to most acid and alkaline solutions and can be used, depending on the concentration of the aggressive liquids, at temperatures of up to 80°C.
PVC (POLYVINYL CHLORIDE)
Plastic material with an excellent resistance to acids, bases, saline solutions and organic compounds. PVC is generally used for pumping sodium hypochlorite (NaClO). At low temperatures it becomes fragile. The operating temperature is between 40 and 60°C.
PVDF (POLYVINYLDENFLUORIDE)
Fluorinated thermoplastic with exceptional resistance to corrosion and temperature. PVDF covers a wide range of uses but is ideal for highly concentrated acids. It is not suitable for certain inorganic bases, such as caustic soda. Operating temperature: max. 100°C
